Our aim is to ensure that your experience with Lotus Yachts, whether it's a serene Bosphorus cruise or a surprise proposal on a yacht, is seamless and enjoyable.
Istanbul Bosphorus Tours Cancellation and Refund Policy
When making a reservation, once the full amount specified at the time of reservation is paid via lotusyat.com website or by bank transfer/EFT, an email will be sent to the buyer by Lotus Yachts confirming that your reservation is finalized.
Your reservation cancellation is accepted under the following conditions:
Bosphorus yacht rental for up to 36 people:
You can cancel your yacht reservation without any fee deduction up to 7 (seven) days before for Bosphorus cruises. If there is less than 7 (seven) days remaining until the service is provided, withdrawal or cancellation is not possible.
Bosphorus yacht rental for 36 people or more:
You can cancel your yacht reservation without any fee deduction up to 30 (thirty) days before for Bosphorus cruises. If there is less than 30 (thirty) days remaining until the service is provided, withdrawal or cancellation is not possible.
You have the right to withdraw from your yacht reservation within the day you place the order, provided that the reservation is not for the same day or the next day, and no deduction will be applied.
In case of cancellations, the refund will be made within 30 days after the cancellation date.
In case the service paid for cannot be provided due to a valid reason, the person who made the reservation will be informed without delay. The person who made the reservation may be offered a similar service if they wish. They can choose this option or decide to forgo the service they wanted and request a refund.
