After booking, you'll receive a confirmation.

Meeting and Timing
Please arrive on time at the pick-up location.
If you arrive late, you'll miss the tour and won't receive a refund for the services paid.
Cancellation Policy of Bosphorus Cruise
Refund if canceled at least 7 days before the event.
Upon request, you can change the tour date based on availability at latest 1 day before the departure.
Weather Conditions
Generally, weather conditions do not impact the Bosphorus yacht tours.
Our yachts have protection from rain and wind, so tours go ahead as planned, regardless of rain or snow.
If there's a big storm, our captains might suggest changing the date or time of the tour.
We delay tours only if the captain feels it's unsafe; otherwise, tours run as planned.
