Lotus Yachts Cancellation & Refund Policy

When making a reservation, once the full amount specified at the time of reservation is paid via lotusyat.com website or by bank transfer/EFT, an email will be sent to the buyer by Lotus Yachts confirming that your reservation is finalized.

Your reservation cancellation is accepted under the following conditions:

You can cancel your yacht reservation without any fee deduction up to 7 (seven) days before for Bosphorus cruises.

​

If there is less than 7 (seven) days remaining until the service is provided, withdrawal or cancellation is not possible.

​

You have the right to withdraw from your yacht reservation within the day you place the order, provided that the reservation is not for the same day or the next day, and no deduction will be applied.

In case of cancellations, the refund will be made within 30 days after the cancellation date.

In case the service paid for cannot be provided due to a valid reason, the person who made the reservation will be informed without delay. The person who made the reservation may be offered a similar service if they wish. They can choose this option or decide to forgo the service they wanted and request a refund.

Cancellation or Refund Conditions Due to Weather

Bosphorus yacht tours are generally not affected by weather conditions. Our yachts are equipped with transparent tarps that protect against rain and wind, ensuring that tours proceed as planned even in rain or snow.

However, in rare cases of severe storms, our captains may suggest rescheduling the date or time. Postponement of the tour is only considered if the captain deems it unsafe to proceed; otherwise, tours continue as planned.
